BROOKE’S BEACH RETURN POLICY
We want to make returns or exchanges as easy as possible for you. You can return the merchandise through the mail for a refund or exchange.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly provide a merchandise refund or exchange within 30 days from the purchase date. Items must be in new, unwashed and unused condition with all tags and labels attached.
Returns and exchanges will be accepted for items purchased from Brookesbeach.com only. Items purchased through our retail partners or other online locations other than Brookesbeach.com will not be accepted and must be returned to the place of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse any excessive and/or bad faith returns.
If you decide to return one or more items purchased as part of a Buy One Get One (BOGO) promotion, a pro-rated portion of the purchase price will be returned to you unless all of the qualifying items are returned.
TO MAKE A RETURN BY MAIL
- Complete the Return/Exchange Form attached to the packing slip that you received with your merchandise. If you lose your Return/Exchange form or one did not come with your package, please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org or 1-831-704-7900.
- Indicate the reason for the return and the action to be taken, such as refund or exchange for another item, size or color.
- Place the Return/Exchange Form in the box with your merchandise.

Please send your package including the Return/Exchange form via a prepaid, traceable and insured method to help ensure a safe documented delivery. Make certain that your name, address and phone number is included. Return mailing expense is not refundable.
Please allow 7-14 business days for your exchange or credit to be processed. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
In the event that an exchange item is not available a refund will be issued to your credit card. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling costs will be incurred.
If a purchase you made becomes eligible for a promotion, sale price or special offer within 7 days of your original purchase, we will make a one-time price adjustment from the original selling price to the current selling price. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item from Brookesbeach.com, contact a Customer Service Representative within 30 days of delivery at 1-831-704-7900 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please supply the order number and item number from your original confirmation email, as well as your email address and phone number. Brookesbeach.com will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return.
If you received a damaged or defective swimsuit from a retailer please first attempt to return your swimsuit to the original place of purchase. If you're unable to return your product to the original place of purchase, please give us a call at 1-831-704-7900. A photo of the damaged product and original receipt is required in order for us to assist you. The store selling the item must be on the Brooke’s Beach retail partner list to be considered for return and refund.
We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including color. However, the actual color displayed on your screen will depend on your local computer system and monitor settings. As a result, we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors.
Please note, at this time Brooke’s Beach is not accepting international orders. Please check back with us next season, and we will advise you of the status of our international shipping plans.
